Products

The Victoria Vaughan Collection Diamond rings are made to our specification and design; you are not buying surplus stock or seconds that couldn't be sold elsewhere.

The diamonds in our jewellery are genuine earth-mined and not treated to enhance colour or clarity.

Each diamond ring we sell has been appraised by a qualified gemmologist to ensure it meets our exacting standards and every item of jewellery sold for over $500 will include a free independent jewellery valuation suitable for insurance purposes.

Shipping and Delivery

All our jewellery comes in a complimentary presentation box, securely wrapped and will arrive to your door. Depending on the product we will ship the item after payment has been received by the credit card facilitator to you either by insured courier delivery or by Parcel Post tracked. An estimated delivery lead time is shown next to each product on this website but we usually ship within one working day, if item is in stock.

The website is updated on a daily basis to reflect that latest stock situation. In Stock means the item is at our storage facility and we can normally ship to you on the next working day after your payment has been approved. We stock the most popular ring sizes but if we do not have your size in stock it will be resized by a jeweller, the estimated lead time to shown next to each product on this website includes the time this would take.

Christmas Delivery - Forget walking through the malls on a nice sunny day, get our jewellery delivered direct to your door. Last order date for deliveries for Christmas is 11am 18th December 2009. After this date, we cannot guarantee delivery for the 24th Dec. Remote or rural areas may take longer, please allow extra time if this applies to you.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to selling high-quality products but we know for one reason or another there may be a time when you need to exchange or return an item. Each product is photographed prior to shipping in case damage should occur during shipping.

Because we are so confident in our products and desire that every one of our customers be completely happy we offer you our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you Change Your Mind:

• If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 16 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the item.
• You must contact us with 16 days of receipt for a return authorisation and we will send you a courier pack to return the item.
• You can choose to exchange with an item of equal or greater price difference. The price difference will be charged to your credit card as necessary. We will charge no additional shipping fees for you to exchange an item.
• You may also request a refund. A charge of $7.95 for shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• We are sorry but earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

If there is a fault with the product:

• In the unlikely event the item is not as described or found to be faulty you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt at our expense for replacement or refund.
• Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and let us know whether you require the item to be refunded or replaced. we will send you a courier pack to return the item to us.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns:

• Returned items will be inspected prior to a refund/exchange being given.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt the item being returned to us.
• Refunds given at price paid less the value of any discounts or promotional products given at the time of purchase.
• Items can only be retuned with prior authorisation and using courier packs sent by us.
• The item being returned remains your reponsibility until received by us. No refund/exchange will be given if the item is damaged in transit to us due to insufficient packaging by you.

Pricing

List Price
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the lowest value of either; the retail price recommended by the manufacturing jeweller or the full undiscounted retail price of comparable products openly available from other jewellery retailers (where appropriate adjusted for gemstone size, clarity and colour).
The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

Insurance Valuation
When provided with an item of our jewellery, valuations are intended for you to easily arrange insurance cover without having to send it away as soon as you receive it. They include a colour photograph, detailed description of your jewellery and an insurance value. An insurance value is not the same as a retail value, if you would like to know the insurance value of an item please use the "Contact Us" form.

Payment can be made by either Visa or MasterCard

We use Paymate to process our credit card payments as it is safe and secure for both parties. Your financial details are held securely but not stored with us. Paymate meets Payment card industry standards for the safe storage and handling of credit card data*.
